700ml, 46% Alc/vol
10 years old, crafted from the finest Queensland sugarcane molasses, rainwater and Beenleigh’s proprietary yeast. Copper pot distilled and matured in a combination of ex-Brandy, ex-Bourbon and American oak. Four exceptional barrels selected and blended. Hand packaged, hand-labelled and individually numbered.
Aroma: rich caramel, butterscotch pastry, a hint of brandy fruit and mellow oak.
Flavour: Rich, luscious and complex, with classic dark toffee, rounded vanilla, soft tannins and a velvety finish.

One of Australia’s most awarded Grand Tawnies, Galway Pipe, has collaborated with one of Australia’s most awarded Rums. 2012 and 2013 vintage Rums, crafted from the finest Queensland sugarcane molasses, rainwater, proprietary yeast, and copper pot distillation. The spirit has matured to rich complexity in very special barrels that previously aged Galway Pipe Grand Tawny for over sixty years. Four barrels only. Hand packaged, hand-labelled and individually numbered.
Aroma: glorious muscat, raisins and spice complemented by delicate French oak.
Flavour: caramel and warm vanilla overlay a balance of fruit notes and spiced tannins, with dark molasses sweetness and an extended, complex finish.
