Ingredients
- 45ml Red Citrus Gin
- 30ml Fresh lemon
- 20ml sugar syrup
Method
- Half fill highball glass with ice
- In a shaker, add Gin, fresh lemon, & Sugar Syrup
- Fill shaker with Ice
- Shake for 10 seconds
- Pour all ingredients into glass
- Top with crushed ice and prosecco
- Garnish with sprig mint and 2 straws
