Ingredients

  • 45ml Red Citrus Gin
  • 30ml Fresh lemon
  • 20ml sugar syrup

Method

  • Half fill highball glass with ice
  • In a shaker, add Gin, fresh lemon, & Sugar Syrup
  • Fill shaker with Ice
  • Shake for 10 seconds
  • Pour all ingredients into glass
  • Top with crushed ice and prosecco
  • Garnish with sprig mint and 2 straws
