45ml Violet Gin
20ml Triple sec
20ml Lemon juice
20ml sugar syrup
Wonder foam

Method

Fill Martini glass with ice on top napkin
In a shaker, add Gin, triple sec, fresh lemon, & Sugar Syrup, wonder foam
Fill shaker with Ice
Shake for 15 seconds
Double strain all ingredients into glass
