Ingredients
- 45ml white Rum
- 20ml Fresh lime
- Fresh mint
- 20ml sugar syrup
- Prosecco
Method
- Half fill highball glass with ice
- In a shaker, add Rum, fresh lime, mint & Sugar Syrup
- Fill shaker with Ice
- Shake for 10 seconds
- Pour all ingredients into glass
- Top with crushed ice and prosecco
- Garnish with sprig mint and 2 straws
