Ingredients

45ml white Rum
20ml Fresh lime
Fresh mint
20ml sugar syrup
Prosecco

Method

Half fill highball glass with ice
In a shaker, add Rum, fresh lime, mint & Sugar Syrup
Fill shaker with Ice
Shake for 10 seconds
Pour all ingredients into glass
Top with crushed ice and prosecco
Garnish with sprig mint and 2 straws
