I love this place, beautiful food, melt in your mouth fish, (had the steak last Sunday, that was incredible, the buttery mash, so good) friendly staff, the atmosphere is great.

Really good food and it came out quickly. The staff were all lovely and very helpful.

Very calm atmosphere serves was great I had a burger and smoked corn cob. Was the best burger I have had in my life. 12/10 for me. I will definitely be back.

First visit and it won't be the last. We did the Gin Tasting and ended up staing for another drink. Great atmosphere and venue, outdoor area with large jenga to play with, had a look at the menu, looking forward to going back for lunch/dinner. The water we had was excellent, he gave up plenty of information about what happens at the distillary, music on Fridays, comedy night, really enjoyed my visit as did my family from Sydney. A place I will be visiting mire often.

Started with the classic rum share platter. Host explained facts about the 5 rums which was very informative. Tried around 4 different cocktails, all were very good. Food was above average, pizzas were fresh and straight off the fire. Atmosphere was amazing, small restaurant with a great vibe. Definitely a new favourite venue.The added touch of purchasing the alcohol distilled on-site was a nice finishing touch for the evening.

Food was fantastic, staff friendly and very knowledgeable about the drinks. Drinks were top notch and lovely setting. Will be back

I have recently had my wedding here. The staff were amazing and accommodating. The food was DELICIOUS! Will always go back here. The atmosphere was fantastic, clean and welcoming.

Really good rum, plenty of variety. food is top shelf. Highly recommend the beef rib. Definitely worth a visit. I will be back .

Really lovely place and wonderful service, we had a big group and had a lovely time. They catered to our needs and very attentive to us even with so many people. Price is very reasonable and love the cocktails. 2nd time here and would definitely come back again!

First time dining here at the distillery. What a fab place! Service was great, super attentive and helpful. Drinks came out fast, as did food. Food was delicious! The fried chicken burger was great with freshly cooked chips along with the garlic flatbread, decent serving, super garlicky and yum!! Would recommend.

Alcohol prices are really good except for the cocktails which seems a bit much for not much. Food was great.

Dropped in for the first time in years and was pleasantly surprised. Meals were really good and they were served in a very airy and clean dining area. Good selection of drinks and great service from the young lady who served us. Definitely worth dropping in on the way to the Gold Coast.

First time here highly recommended will go again. Parking easy, nice atmosphere, helpful staff and awesome food. As for the dessert don’t normally have but couldn’t resist and it was delicious.

Yummy cocktails and spiced rum and ginger beer. Didn't have food but the menu looked good.

Great place to visit. Did the distillery tour with Sharon who did a fantastic job. Ross was very friendly and informative with the tastings. Absolutely delicious food from the kitchen run by head chef Corey. Will definitely visit again.

This place was a cracker! First time visiting for a wedding and found it to be ideal for functions and special celebrations. It's a piece of living history too, so well worth a visit.

Absolute enjoyment! I went to the distillers class and for the price and service would 💯 will be doing it again. After a rum or two we decided it was time for a feed would recommend to anyone just to stop in for a feed, burgers for unreal

We had an amazing time on a Sunday - did a tour of the distillery, which was a great way to learn about the incredible history of the place - and then did a tasting. We also had lunch and bought a bottle to take home. Excellent quality of food, service was impeccable, extremely high level quality experience definitely recomended!!

An awesome experience here! We booked the tour and tasting and were all thoroughly impressed. Our tour guide was new but gave us plenty of information on the history of the distillery and the current processes used and then set up a great tasting of 5 different products.We were given notes and explanations of the changes in flavours and their Rums exceeded our expectations, even though I've already drank a few bottles of their 5 year. Afterwards, one of our group tried some of their gins and we were equally impressed, great flavours and very drinkable even straight.In the end I had to take home a couple bottles, great value for money, great quality!

Service was on point, food was absolutely fresh and delicious. The coktail menu was plentiful and well thought out.The restaurant and bar area were perfect. Very well appointed and we had a 10/10 experience. Would recommend. Can't wait to come back!

This place was a bit hard to find but it was worth the search. The staff were wonderful, the food was delicious (a bit expensive but very nice). The drinks were all great as well.

Visit there was brilliant. Food and booze was 👌👌👌wife and I will be making it back there for a Friday visit when the live music is on.

Hope gave us a wonderful tour, very knowledgeable. Fascinating history from floods to stills to barrels, plus a crash course in distillation. Got to see every step of the process even getting to smell the mash. Never had this in depth experience of being that close to the process. An example to other alcohol producers.

Not a complex menu but everything we ordered was delicious! Service was excellent.Highly recommend the beef ribs!! Positively awesome … tender succulent beef with crisp outer that is glazed in a BBQ rum sauce that is not too sweet but full of flavour. … it is the bomb!!
