Ingredients
- 60ml white Rum
- Fresh lime
- Fresh mint
- 20ml sugar syrup
- Crushed ice
- Dehydrated lime wheel
Method
- In a shaker, add Rum, Sugar Syrup, 3 mint leaves and 4 wedges of fresh lime.
- Muddle lime to extract juice.
- Fill shaker with Ice
- Shake for 10 seconds
- Pour all ingredients into highball glass
- top glass with crushed ice
- Add dehydrated lime wheel and sprig mint
- Dust with icing sugar
