Mojito

Ingredients

  • 60ml white Rum
  • Fresh lime
  • Fresh mint
  • 20ml sugar syrup
  • Crushed ice
  • Dehydrated lime wheel

Method

  • In a shaker, add Rum, Sugar Syrup, 3 mint leaves and 4 wedges of fresh lime.
  • Muddle lime to extract juice.
  • Fill shaker with Ice
  • Shake for 10 seconds
  • Pour all ingredients into highball glass
  • top glass with crushed ice
  • Add dehydrated lime wheel and sprig mint
  • Dust with icing sugar
