Ingredients
- 60ml Spiced Rum
- 4 lime wedges
- 20ml sugar syrup
- Ginger beer
- Cinnamon
Method
- In a shaker, add Rum, Sugar Syrup, fresh lime
- Muddle lime
- Fill shaker with Ice
- Shake for 10 seconds
- Pour all ingredients into copper mug
- Top with crushed ice & ginger beer
- Add dehydrated lime wedge & large sprig mint
- Fire up touch and shake cinnamon powder over flame on top of mug
- serve with 2 straws
