Ingredients
- 60ml XO Rum
- 20ml dark sugar syrup
- Smoke and salt bitters
- Dehydrated orange
Method
- Place glass on bar on top of napkin,
- Add ice sphere to glass
- In a mixing glass add Rum, Sugar Syrup
- Fill half with ice and stir for 20 seconds
- Double Strain into glass
- Add 3 drops bitters
- Add dehydrated orange wheel.
For smoked version
- Place cinnamon on board
- Light cinnamon with torch (should be smoking)
- Place glass over lit cinnamon
- Once the cocktail ready to pour, flip the glass, add ice sphere
- Fill and serve
