Ingredients
- 60ml Double Cask Rum
- 30ml lemon juice
- 20ml sugar syrup
- 4 – 5 drops fonder foam
- Barrel aged bitters
Method
- In a shaker, add Rum, Sugar Syrup, fresh lemon, wonder foam.
- Shake for 10 seconds without ice
- Fill shaker with Ice
- Shake for another 10 seconds
- Strain all ingredients into Old Fashioned glass
- Add 3 drops of bitters
- Add dehydrated pineapple wedge
