Ingredients
60ml Double Cask Rum
30ml lemon juice
20ml sugar syrup
4 – 5 drops fonder foam
Barrel aged bitters
Method
In a shaker, add Rum, Sugar Syrup, fresh lemon, wonder foam.
Shake for 10 seconds without ice
Fill shaker with Ice
Shake for another 10 seconds
Strain all ingredients into Old Fashioned glass
Add 3 drops of bitters
Add dehydrated pineapple wedge
