Ingredients

  • 60ml Double Cask Rum
  • 30ml lemon juice
  • 20ml sugar syrup
  • 4 – 5 drops fonder foam
  • Barrel aged bitters

Method

  • In a shaker, add Rum, Sugar Syrup, fresh lemon, wonder foam.
  • Shake for 10 seconds without ice
  • Fill shaker with Ice
  • Shake for another 10 seconds
  • Strain all ingredients into Old Fashioned glass
  • Add 3 drops of bitters
  • Add dehydrated pineapple wedge
